Abigail Ware is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) and Certified Master Social Worker (CMSW) in North Carolina. She earned her Master of Social Work from North Carolina State University and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from East Carolina University. Her background brings together crisis support, care coordination, survivor advocacy, and violence prevention education.

Abigail has supported individuals during difficult and vulnerable moments, providing crisis intervention, assessing immediate needs, and connecting people with appropriate care and community resources. Her experience includes working alongside multidisciplinary healthcare teams, advocating for survivors of sexual and domestic violence, and contributing to trauma-informed practices within community and court settings.

In addition to her direct-service experience, Abigail has led violence prevention initiatives and taught social work students about gender-based violence. Her graduate research explored domestic violence screening in custody mediation, reflecting a longstanding focus on safety, advocacy, and improving support for those affected by violence. She brings this foundation to her work with individuals seeking support, with attention to each person's needs, preferences, and circumstances.
