Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor
Apriann Sutton, LCSW, LCAS-A serves as Clinical Supervisor at Restorative Mindset & Behavior Institute PLLC. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist–Associate in North Carolina, she brings extensive experience in trauma-informed care, mental health counseling, and substance use treatment across clinical, community-based, and forensic settings.
Apriann earned both her Master of Social Work and her Bachelor of Social Work from East Carolina University, along with a Graduate Certificate in Addiction Counseling. Her career spans the North Carolina juvenile justice system, community support teams, and outpatient practice, where she has walked alongside children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating mental health and co-occurring substance use challenges.
Known for pairing clinical rigor with genuine warmth, Apriann draws on evidence-based approaches including trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and crisis intervention. As Clinical Supervisor, she mentors and supports the clinical team, oversees assessment and treatment planning, and is committed to ensuring every client receives compassionate, high-quality, individualized care.
