Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate & Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate

Kiera Clemmons, LCSW-A, LCAS-A

Kiera Clemmons is a compassionate therapist dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life's most difficult moments. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate, she provides therapy to clients of all ages — from young children and teens to adults and seniors — creating a safe, welcoming space where everyone feels heard and respected.

Kiera understands that reaching out for help takes courage, and she meets each client exactly where they are. She works collaboratively with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and substance use concerns. Her dual licensure allows her to support clients who may be dealing with both mental health challenges and co-occurring addiction, offering integrated care that addresses the whole person — not just a single symptom.

With a warm, down-to-earth approach, Kiera draws on evidence-based practices including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care. She tailors every session to the unique needs and goals of her clients, whether that means building coping skills, strengthening relationships, processing difficult experiences, or finding a path forward through recovery. For younger clients, she incorporates age-appropriate, creative strategies that help children and adolescents feel comfortable and engaged.

Kiera believes that healing happens in connection. She partners with her clients — and their families when appropriate — to develop practical, personalized treatment plans that foster resilience, self-awareness, and lasting change. Her goal is to help every person she works with feel more empowered, more hopeful, and more equipped to face life's challenges with confidence.

If you or someone you love is ready to take that first step, Kiere is here to walk alongside you with understanding and without judgment.
